Eligibility for the online route follows your passport nationality — not your country of residence. Enter or select the nationality printed on the passport you will travel on to see your group, available visa options, total price, processing time, validity for entry, permitted stay and insurance.
Group A
6 to 72 hours
Group A nationalities may choose between the 30-Day and 60-Day visa options, with a typical processing window of 6 to 72 hours.
Group B
8 to 18 business days
Group B nationalities are processed under a separate category with a typical window of 8 to 18 business days. A USD 50 cash arrival fee may also apply.

The two groups
Group A and Group B, explained
Eligible nationalities are grouped by the typical speed at which applications are handled. The group is determined by your passport nationality, not by your choice.
Group A — Faster route
6 to 72 hours
Group A nationalities usually receive a faster decision and may choose between the 30-Day and 60-Day visa options.
Group A applicants may choose between the 30-Day Tourist & Visit Visa and the 60-Day Ordinary Visa.
Group B — Longer route
8 to 18 business days
Group B nationalities go through a longer review window and are processed under a separate category. A USD 50 cash arrival fee may also apply.
