Refund and cancellation
Refund and cancellation policy
The full terms on what is refundable and what is not, so you know where you stand before you pay.
Cancellation is not accepted after submission. Once the application has been submitted and payment completed, the application cannot be cancelled, and payment is non-refundable except when the applicant qualifies for a full refund.
A full refund will be issued if the visa is not received after the applicable processing time has fully passed and the delay was caused by Iraq Visa Assist or a processing failure on our side. A full refund will also be issued if we are unable to process or deliver the visa due to a failure on our side.
No refund is available when the delay or non-delivery results from Iraqi authority or system delays, additional security or document requests, incorrect or incomplete applicant information, government holidays, or applicant failure to respond. Visa rejection or refusal does not qualify for a refund, and there are no partial refunds.
If the same application is accidentally charged more than once, the verified duplicate payment will be refunded.
