The terms that apply when you use this website or request our application assistance service.
Scope of service
Iraq Visa Assist provides application assistance: guidance, document review, application preparation, submission assistance and applicant support. We do not issue visas and we do not decide applications.
Applicant responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you provide, for meeting the requirements applicable to your nationality and travel, and for responding promptly to requests for further information.
Estimates, not guarantees
Processing times, validity periods and outcomes described on this website are indicative. We cannot guarantee approval, a specific processing time, a particular validity, or entry to Iraq.
Fees and payment
The amount payable, which may include official processing costs and our assistance service fee, is shown before you confirm payment. Payment is taken securely online. Once the application has been submitted and payment completed, the application cannot be cancelled, and payment is non-refundable except when the applicant qualifies for a full refund under the conditions set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Refunds and cancellations
Cancellation is not accepted after submission. A full refund will be issued only when the specific conditions in our Refund and Cancellation Policy are met; otherwise no refund is available. Visa rejection or refusal does not qualify for a refund, and there are no partial refunds. See the full Refund and Cancellation Policy for the complete terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the assistance service fee paid for the affected application. We are not liable for travel costs, missed bookings or consequential losses arising from a refusal, delay or entry decision.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, where the operator Global Wind LLC is registered, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
